Modern gastronomic pub, being common in Britain, merges the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with the hospitality of the classical English pub. Gastropubs as well as pubs originated in Britain. In 1991, David Eyre and Mike Belben invited the creative chef to their pub Eagle and expanded to serve high-quality food and snacks rather than world famous English ale. Guests liked the idea which then crossed La Manche and the Atlantic.

Main concept - Good beer and snacks, grill meals, author’s cuisine, good selection of whisky and wine.

Gastropub is not at all a place serving beverage and food, but it is also a place offering gastronomic impressions, emotions and feelings. The word “gastro” indicates that surprisingly, the pub offers you not only great beer and friendly atmosphere, but also gastronomic festival and reach meals.

The basis of the menu is the author’s cuisine by brand chef Nikolay Shestuchin. Author’s cuisine, accompanied with the carefully selected wine – that’s the ideal evening filled with the delicious gastronomic experience.

The layout and interior design brings the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Here you can have a quick breakfast, or tasty but inexpensive lunch, enjoy a friendly chat, meet new people, run a business meeting, etc.

Restaurant construction is a turnkey project from designing to launching. The project’s execution period is 4 months.
